Winefride and Henry had one son named Henry Francis but although the baby lived Winefride died in Madras. David Morris reports that the son emigrated to Nova Scotia. he must have married because his aunt Jessica bequeathed fifty pounds to her "great nephew Lionel East, son of Henry Francis East".
