Mary Margaret was living in District of All Souls St Marylebone, Middlesex at the time of her marriage
George Frederick was the last base born child of Elizabeth Maxfield before she and Thomas Henry married.
George and Mary had seven children after their marriage in 1855. Only three survived more than a few days or weeks. All deaths were either stomach related problems or lung diseases. It is highly likely that Mary would have had a number of miscarriages during her marriage and her death certifcate shows that she died in "premature confinement and apoplexy" in 1872 at the age of 44. What price contraception!!
